TTV photography

TTV is an acronym for "through the viewfinder." Way back before Instagram (around 2008), people came up with this cool idea to take digital photos through the viewfinder of vintage TLR style cameras from the 1940’s-60’s. This look can also be achieved digitally by layering multiple images.

The black edge you see is the outside edge of the viewfinder and the gritty, slightly skewed effect is intentional.
